Abstract

This study focuses on the performance evaluation of Employees working in an organization with the use of predictive analysis and evaluates the research on the basis of primary data survey method. A questionnaire was used as a tool in the study and the responses of employees from a particular organization were taken and the analysis was done based upon those responses. The study also includes the literature review part where the previous studies done related to the use of predictive analysis in the performance evaluation of employees in an organization was used and the study further concludes with the decision and more innovative techniques of predictive analysis that can be used in future to evaluate employee performance.
