As technology becomes ubiquitous in society, there is increasing momentum to incorporate it into education. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out the elements needed in integrating technology as a tool for design thinking-based learning. This study is a quantitative study with Fuzzy Delphi method. The data was gathered using questionnaire. Verification is done by 18 experts in the field of education, educational technology and design thinking. The study found that expert consensus on all element is more than 75% with threshold value (d) ≤ 0.2. This suggests that these eight elements are needed in integrating technology as a tool for design thinking-based learning.
