Abstract
This paper investigates the impact of entrepreneurial orientation (EO) on the performance of Egyptian Universities mediated by knowledge management processes (KMP) and strategic agility (SA).A self-reported survey was distributed to faculty members in 19 non-public Egyptian Universities, 500 surveys were distributed and 435 were collected. Data was analyzed using SPSS/AMOS utilizing simple linear regression analyses, multiple regression analyses, structured equation modeling and path analysis. Empirical investigation revealed varying impacts of multiple research constituents.
