Uncertainty and data are one of the domains of the PISA mathematical literacy context. Mathematical literacy as a unity of the ability to think critically, creatively, use information, think systematically, communication, and reflect is a skill needed in the life of the 21st century which is uncertain and rapidly changing. This study aims to describe the relationship between prior achievement, self-efficiency and mathematical literacy on uncertainty and data content. A total of 300 out of 1923 high school grade students participated in this study. The results showed that the students' prior achievement based on the national mathematics exam scores for junior high school was in the medium category, the student self-efficacy was in the medium category, and mathematical literacy on uncertainty and data content was in the low category. The results also showed a correlation between prior achievement and self-efficacy with mathematical literacy on uncertainty and data content with each correlation coefficient of.423 (moderate) and.140 (low). There is the influence of prior achievement and self-efficacy together on mathematical literacy on uncertainty and data content.
