This study aims to examine the relationship between leadership styles with the intensity of the basic needs of managers and has been done by focusing on their personality type. The research method is descriptive and correlational. The population includes all Industrial and producer managers in the city of Mashhad. The sample for this study includes 36 senior managers of an Industrial and manufacturing group. To collect data, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and questionnaires of Glaser's five basic needs were used. Data analysis has been performed using Pearson's correlation coefficient and regression analysis.
