Abstract

This article is presented as part of the process of socialization of the results of the research project Integrative Didactic Model for the Faculty of Administrative and Economic Sciences developed by a team of researchers from the Technical University of the North of the Republic of Ecuador. Its aim is to define the object of study of the Didactics on the basis of a historical, epistemological and critical analysis of the theoretical referents consulted. These reveal a sequence that starts from teaching, learning, the teaching and learning process, the process teaching- learning, the educational process, and the curriculum. The study also analyses the existence of a general and specific didactics, the aspects that must be considered for the theoretical construction of the object of study of a science and the dimensioning or redefinition of the object of study of the Didactics from a critical and integrating perspective.
