PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN ROLE PLAYING DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MENULIS RESENSI KELAS XI MAN 2 PALEMBANG

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the RolePlaying learning model on students of class XI MAN 2 Palembang, as a sample which collected 76 students consisting of Class MIA 4 (Control) and Class MIA 5 (Experiment). The research design used in this study was the Two Group Pretest Posttest (quantitative) design, and the data collection technique used a writing test with analysis carried out with the help of the SPSS 22 program. the two classes are equivalent (homogeneous) from the calculation using the t-test with a result of 0.989, which means this value is greater than the specified significant level of 0.05. The results of the normality test of the experimental class data, it is known that the significant value is 0.464> 0.05, this value when compared to ttable 0.168 is greater. The results of the homogeneity test are known to have a significant value of 0.989> 0.05, then the data distribution is homogeneous. Paired test sample test, it is known that the significant value (2 tailed) is 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the pretest and posttest, it can be seen that the difference between the control class and the experiment that uses the roleplaying learning DIDACTIQUE BAHASA INDONESIA, Januari 2022, Vol 3 No 1 32 method produces the highest score from the experimental class which is much better, as seen from the t-test results of 0.829> 0.05 while the results of the control class from the t-test results of 0.464>0.05. Soit can be said that there is an effect of using the role playing learning model in improving the ability to write reviews of students in class XI MAN 2 Palembang.
