Abstract
In strategic management literature, research focused on explaining top management team's performance highlight the role of team processes and, specifically, of behavioral integration. On the other hand, the use of teams in higher education has become an accepted teaching tool, however, plenty of heterogeneus results. The aim of this paper is to demonstrate that cooperative learning as an integral part of the instructional process allows reaching a high competence level of behavioral integration to team members. We demonstrate it analyzing behavioral integration in 101 students that used cooperative learning and comparing it with a control group of 120 students. (English) [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
