Isolation of Polyphenolic Compounds from the Green Coconut ( cocos nucifera) Shell and Characterization of their Benzoyl Ester Derivatives

Abstract

Polyphenolic compounds were isolated from the aqueous extract of green coconut shell. Benzoyl ester derivatives were prepared with these polyphenols.
