Quelle professionnalisation dans les universités québécoises?

Abstract

This article addresses the issue of the professionalization of programs in Quebec university field. How does professionalization contribute to the construction of the curricular offer? How is this notion interpreted and mobilized in the creation of new programs and the modification of existing ones? Our examination of the intellectual referents underlying these processes together with our thematic analysis of such program records in two universities show that professionalization appears as a rather minor issue.
