Les maisons de santé pluriprofessionnelles en France: Une dynamique réelle mais un modèle organisationnel à construire

Abstract

In France, Multiprofessional Health Care Centres (MSPs) are regarded as an effective response to emerging health needs. The aim of this article is to propose elements of analysis for an initial assessment of this kind of structures and, more specifically, of their organization. It draws on data from a national survey conducted in 2014 by the Directorate General for Health Care Facilities of French Health ministry. It shows that the real dynamic of the establishment of MSPs is not accompanied by significant organizational solutions.
