Granular cell tumor of the urinary bladder

Abstract

Granular cell tumors (GCTs) are extremely rare neoplasms of the bladder. In the literature, there are only a few reported cases. We present a GCT case with clinical, radiological, histomorphological, immünohisto-chemical findings and its differential diagnosis.
