Abstract
This paper analyses the impact of exports on the gender wage gap in Brazil. Data are from 2013, detailed at firm level. Evidences indicate that exporting firms present higher wage gap in favor of males than nonexporting firms. These results support the hypothesis that the distribution of export gains is different in developing countries.
