Abstract

Ecotourism is an activity that has been studied mainly from its contribution to community development, however, there is an initial phase in its implementation that responds to what has happened with many projects that, once they have the infrastructure to operate, it tends to be abandoned or operate partially. The objective of this article is to analyze the role played by internal and external factors in the development of ecotourism, based on a comparative study of two ecotourism parks. Group interviews were conducted, using the categorization method and the Atlas.ti 8.4.15.0 software. Keywords:.
