Abstract

Reputational Risk is a hot topic and is on the agenda of many boards, but what are the key issues associated with ensuring that it is appropriately managed? Of particular note, the relationship between internal and external stakeholders has been identified as being critical.This is examined in this Henley Manager Update, together with the importance of corporate brand management and the issues central in aligning the risks of internal and external stakeholders.
