Abstract

New travelling wave solutions to the Fornberg-Whitham equation u t - uxxt + ux + uux = uu xxx + 3uxuxx are investigated. They are characterized by two parameters. The expresssions for the periodic and solitary wave solutions are obtained. Copyright © 2009 J. Zhou and L. Tian.
