Abstract
The problem of reducing the quality of work performed by an employee, the deterioration of the health of an employee, the shortage of qualified personnel, the decrease in motivation for professional improvement is always one of the priorities for any organization. In the interests of the management of the organization lies the issue of developing measures of material and non-material incentives for employees in such a way that this leads to healthy competition, the desire to improve themselves, the development and implementation of new effective methods for fulfilling their duties.
