Abstract

A catalyst system comprising [Pd2(dba)3]·CHCl3 and DPPF was proved to be efficient for the cyanation of aryl iodides and aryl triflates with KCN. The reactivities of aryl substrates decreased in the order ArI>ArOTf>ArBr.
