Pathological fracture of femur secondary to infected synovial sarcoma

Abstract

Pathological fracture is not uncommon in musculoskeletal oncological surgical practice. When complicated by infection, it is both limb-threatening and life-threatening problem. Pathological fractures require urgent investigation, not urgent treatment.
