Abstract
The organisational skill of a capital owner, who starts or continues his independent venture in order to discover a new market and a new customer, is called entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship has to be supported, because it is a motivation for creative, innovative people to make a profit independently and take a beneficial function in the society. Innovative work and entrepreneurial spirit have never had such an important meaning as it has today. Every entrepreneurial venture, especially in a market economy, is a special movement in a field of uncertainty, which hides the danger of future adverse consequences for what is done in present. This danger is the cause of risk of a certain venture.
