Results: The MRI characteristics of cystic lymphangioma in the breast are described. Conclusion: MR imaging provides for multiplanar evaluation and diagnosis of cystic lymphangioma of the breast, which is a rare occurrence. Copyright © 2010 S. Karger AG, Basel.
