PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM MELALUI AFFIRMATIVE ACTION PADA PEMILIHAN LEGISLATIF 2019 DI CILACAP

Abstract

The implementation of several election legal products in Indonesia, especially in Cilacap, has not been accommodative with affirmative action. It reflected from the winners of three female candidates in the 2019 Legislative Election (Pileg 2019) in Cilacap. They are Teti Rohatiningsih from Golongan Karya Party, Novita Wijayanti from Gerakan Indonesia Raya Party and Siti Mukaromah from Kebangkitan Bangsa Party who represent their politicaleconomic elites. In fact, two of them, (Novita Wijayanti and Siti Mukaromah) are incumbent candidates. The research method that used in this article is qualitative method with normative and juridicial approach. This research was carried out with observing the activities of preelection, election and post-election. The data also obtained through in-depth interviews and literature study.
