Abstract

The article tries to visualize and outline some of the main thematic challenges facing the Constitutional Law of today, from a personalistic perspective that puts the equal and inviolable dignity of the human person as the axis and foundation of the political and legal order. Four themes are developed: The dignity of the human person, public policies, the environment and the organization of global institutions.
