Abstract

The objective of this article is to determine the influence of tutoring management for personal leadership and life purpose in times of COVID 19 of university education students. The research by its nature corresponds to the quantitative research approach, design with pre-test-post-test with experimental groups and control groups; the tutorial program has been experienced; to observe the behavior of the dependent variable by applying a Descriptive Appreciation Scale or EAD check. The results show significant differences in the measures of central tendency of the experimental group and the control group. It is concluded that tutoring management positively influences personal leadership and life purpose in times of COVID 19 of university education students.
