Abstract

In September 2022, issues with Figures 2E, 3, 4 were brought the journal's attention, following comments posted on PubPeer (https://pubpeer.com/publications/A4147BD8921640D2F907A12C55D23C). The authors subsequently confirmed: 1. Figure 3 had been republished from another journal article with overlapping authors. The authors have since secured permission for the reuse of Figure 3, and the following credit line should have been included in the original figure caption: "Dysbindin-1 is reduced in intrinsic, glutamatergic terminals of the hippocampal formation in schizophrenia" by Konrad Talbot, et al. J Clin Invest. 2004;113(9):1353-1363.https://doi.org/10.1172/JCI20425. copy; Journal of Clinical Investigation 2004. Republished with permission. 2. Areas of Figures 2E, 3, and 4 had also been cloned to remove annotations present in the same 2004 article. The authors have supplied the updated figure panels below, and the editors have confirmed these issues do not impact the study results (Figure Presented).
