Abstract

The main objective of this case study is to find out how activities and tasks are implemented within subjects taught through the CLIL approach and the use of trans-languaging in relation to learning curricular contents and a foreign language (English) in a plurilingual Primary Education School selected for this purpose. To meet these objectives, a qualitative method has been chosen and a questionnaire and an interview have been designed as research instruments. The data was analysed by coding the information into categories and, after discussion, it is concluded that the results show that both the implementation of the CLIL approach, and the use of translanguaging in the school under study correspond to what the different authors mentioned in the literature they propose, despite the fact that certain points of improvement can always be presented.
