Abstract
The Delphi technique allows experts to interact without much of the costs and psychological distortions of face-to-face meetings. It uses postal questionnaires and controlled feedback. It may sometimes help in obtaining a crude idea of other experts' expectations of, say, the impact of a project or other development. © 1988 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
