Abstract

Volume 14, Nomor 2, Agustus 2017 ISSN : 1829-796X (print); 2514-1713(online) http://ppjp.unlam.ac.id/journal/index.php/f/ 90 Analisa Pergeseran Domain Wall Magnetik pada Permalloy dengan Ukuran Nano ABSTRACT-A study of thin layer modeling of permalloy with the size size 150 nm × 100 nm × 1 nm has been conducted. Modeling was done by using Object Oriented Micromagnetic Framework (OOMMF) software. The permalloy thin layer is given an external magnetic field of 0 to 1000 mT in the direction of +x, +y, and +z. the purpose of this study was to observe differences in phenomena if permalloy thin layer was given an external magnetic field in the different directions (equal magnitude). Furthermore, through this modeling can be known which direction is easier to magnetize all the magnetic moments in the permalloy thin layer. The results showed that magnetic moment of permalloy thin layer was easier to magnetized at +x direction of external magnetic field. It was most difficult to magnetize if the given directions was +z. In the external magnetic field 1000 mT at +z direction, the magnetization value was only 0.9474. It indicated that saturation has not accoured at all magnetic moments at +z direction.
