Abstract

Eric O'Shaughnessy is a renewable energy research consultant. Kristen Ardani, Paul Denholm, Trieu Mai, Timothy Silverman, and Jarett Zuboy are analysts in the Strategic Energy Analysis Center at the US National Renewable Energy Laboratory. Robert Margolis is the group manager in the Washington, DC office of the Strategic Energy Analysis Center of the US National Renewable Energy Laboratory.
