This study aims to find out the model of strengthening the role of Ma'ad Al-Jami'ah in developing Arabic language abilities of students receiving Bidikmisi IAIN Kudus scholarships, such as learning models, curriculum, learning media and learning outcomes. This research method uses descriptive qualitative with the aim of being able to describe social phenomena of research objects openly and naturally. The results of this study indicate that learning Arabic in Ma'had Al-Jamiah is only at the stage of applying the emphasis model to complement the needs, and not yet reached the deepening level. Structural efforts have been made by arranging various types of programs. The leadership policy has been oriented towards improving the quality of the Bidikmisi students. It's just that supporting facilities, such as language laboratories, need to be equipped. The consistency of daily language practices for Bidikmisi students and the assessment mechanisms that have not been standardized in the SOP also do not yet exist. Specialization in specific Arabic programs has also not been conducted. The ability to speak Arabic at Bidikmisi students has not yet gotten achievements at the campus or outside the campus of the IAIN Kudus.
