Abstract
The Effect of Social Security for Workers and Work Environment on Employee Productivity at SPR Public Appraisal Services Office. This study aims to find out whether labor social security and the work environment affect productivity in employees of the SPR Public Valuation Service Office, Jakarta. This research belongs to the category of quantitative research and belongs to the type of comparative causal research. The variables in this study are independent and dependent variables. The independent variables consisted of labor social security and work environment. The dependent variable in this study is employee work productivity. This study used saturated sampling with a total of 35 samples which were all employees at the SPR Public Valuation Service Office. The secondary data used in this study was carried out by observation techniques through internet media. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that labor social security (X1) partially had a significant effect on productivity, which was shown by the t-value of the table of 4,57 (4,57 > 0,05). The work environment (X2) partially had no effect on productivity as shown by the t-value of the table of 0,41 (0,41 < 0,05). The social security of the workforce and the work environment simultaneously had a positive effect on productivity as shown by the F value of the table of 48,24 (48,24 > 3,27).
