Do Thermoplastic Materials Improve the Obturation of the Root Canal? Bibliographic Review of the Different Techniques Available in the Market

Abstract

For the preparation of this review work, the evidence published in the main journals of the sector was consulted, using a reference search engine such as PubMed, resulting in more than 1055 articles, which after applying the different inclusion and exclusion criteria, as a publication not greater than 10 years, index of impact 1-2 and the key words cited, yields a total of 65 articles, of which 15 were excluded due to methodological, technical and / or statistical errors, using therefore only 50 articles that respond to the typology of systematic reviews, clinical trials and clinical cases.
