Abstract

The study aims to determine to look at the performance impact of work influence on organization in the halal industry in Malaysia: Islam as a spirituality. The results of the study found that organizational beliefs influence behavior in the workplace. This study also found that Islam also influences performance in work behavior. Finally, the Islamic mediator test has significantly influenced the relationship between the effects of performance in the workplace with Islam as an example of improving performance in the organization.
