PENYELESAIAN TERHADAP KASUS PEMBUNUHAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN HUKUM ADAT DAYAK UUD DANUM DI KABUPATEN SINTANG

Abstract

Dayak tribe Uud Danum is the majority population that inhabits two districts in Sintang District namely: Serawai and Ambalau Subdistricts. Although there are residents or other tribes who are migrants but few in the two subdistricts. The Dayak Uud Danum people who are the object of this research still hold firmly to the values or norms abandoned by their ancestors (their ancestors). Values or norms abandoned by them are perceived as an adat that continues to evolve following changes in people’s lives.
