Abstract
In this issue of Blood, Block et al demonstrate that G protein β subunit (Gβ) isoforms are indispensable for chemokine-induced lymphocyte functionassociated antigen 1 (LFA-1) integrin activation and neutrophil arrest mediated by Ras-related C3 botulinum toxin substrate 1 (Rac1) and phospholipase C β2/3 (Plcb2/3).
