Valoración de la Aplicación de los Sistemas de Gestión de la Calidad ISO 9001 en los Centros Educativos a través de un Cuestionario

Abstract

The study's objective is to evaluate the quality management system in 26 schools of the Fundação Sagrada Família professional schools, based on the ISO 9001 standard, and the results achieved in educational organization. The data were collected using qualitative and quantitative techniques based on an evaluation research methodology. The questionnaire was validated by specialists and an exploratory factor analysis. Descriptive analyses show the existence of links between the quality management system based on the ISO implementation in the schools and the improvement of their school organization and results. The ISO Quality Management System contributes to the improvement of the school's organization and results. This becomes more sustainable in the institution studied and intelligent application in other educational organizations.
