Abstract

In accordance with the principle of equity justice in education management, every member of the church has the right to an education, including church members with limited abilities or disabilities. Even though they experience limitations such as just sitting in a wheelchair, experiencing visual impairment, speech and other conditions, they still have the right to access educational services. There is no curriculum for congregations with disabilities, both adult congregations and children with special needs (ABK). This study aims to examine the curriculum management of Christian Religious Education in the church related to services to the congregation in the congregation. This research uses qualitative methods with a literature study approach. The results of the study revealed that the church needs to develop a management of Christian Religious Learning specifically for congregations with disabilities. It is based on the text of Psalm 139:16 which states that every human being is created noble and miraculous. In other words, congregants with disabilities also have the same right to christian teaching and education in the church. Sesuai dengan prinsip equity keadilan dalam manajemen pendidikan maka setiap anggota gereja berhak mendapatkan pendidikan, termasuk anggota gereja dengan kemampuan yang terbatas atau disabilitas. Walupun mereka mengalami keterbatasan seperti hanya duduk di kursi roda, mengalami tuna netra, wicara dan kondisi lainya mereka tetap memiliki hak akses terhadap layanan pendidikan. Belum adanya kurikulum bagi jemaat dengan disabilitas, baik jemaat dewasa maupun anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji manajemen kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam gereja terkait layanan pada jemaat disabiltas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa gereja perlu menyusun manajemen Pembelajaran Agama Kristen khusus jemaat disabilitas. Hal ini didasarkan pada teks Mazmur 139:16 yang menyatakan bahwa setiap manusia diciptakan mulia dan ajaib. Dengan kata lain, jemaat dengan disabilitas pun memiliki hak yang sama untuk memperoleh pengajaran dan Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam gereja.
