Abstract
INTERVENTION: intervention group: 1gr of IV acetaminophen manufactured by Exir Company, Iran in 100 ml of normal saline and duration of infusion is15 minutes control group:0.1mg/kg intravenous (IV) morphine, manufactured by Darou Paksh Company, Iran, in 100ml of normal saline and duration of infusion is15 minutes intervention group: 1gr of IV acetaminophen manufactured by Exir Company, Iran in 100 ml of normal saline and duration of infusion is15 minutes control group:0.1mg/kg intravenous (IV) morphine, manufactured by Darou Paksh Company, Iran, in 100ml of normal saline and duration of infusion is15 minutes. Treatment ‐ Drugs CONDITION: renal colic. ; Unspecified renal colic Unspecified renal colic PRIMARY OUTCOME: Analgesia after drug infusion. Timepoint: 0,15,30,60,120 after intervention. Method of measurement: visual analog scale device. SECONDARY OUTCOME: Vertigo,vomiting. Timepoint: 0,15,30,60,120 after intervention. Method of measurement: Observation. INCLUSION CRITERIA: INCLUSION CRITERIA: patient with renal colic , age between 18 ‐55 years old Exclusion criteria: allergy to morphine and paracetamol , fever , pregnant , history of addiction , instability of vital signs , liver function disease , renal function disease , renal transplant
