Evaluasi Implementasi Modul E-Prescribing Rumah Sakit dengan Metode Pieces

Abstract

Abstrak-Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi implementasi pengembangan modul E-Prescribing di Rumah Sakit Sardjito Yogyakarta berdasarkan metode PIECES. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara terhadap dokter, apoteker, staff dan manajemen di poliklinik eldewise di RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta. Teknik analisis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Efektivitas kinerja implementasi modul E-Prescribing di Poliklinik Eldewise RSUP Sardjito Yogyakarta diperoleh skor efektivitas adalah 80,95%. Sebanyak empat atribut mencapai skor maksimal (100%) artinya sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, namun sebanyak dua atribut mempunyai skor efektifitas belum optimal artinya masih ada permasalahan yaitu pada atribut performance (57,14%) dan infomasi (66,67%). Permasalahan dalam aspek peformance adalah masih ada penggunaan resep manual khususnya resep untuk pasien BPJS karena untuk klaim syarat ada resep yang ditandatangani dokter. Permasalahan dalam aspek informasi adalah informasi stok obat yang kadang tidak sesuai antara data stok obat di sistem dengan data stok obat aktual. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah modul E-Prescribing perlu segera implementasi e-prescribing di poli yang lain, dengan beberapa perbaikan terutama aspek regulasi dan manajemen. Kata Kunci: E-Prescribing, PIECES Abtract-The goal of the research is to evaluate the impletation E-prescribing module development in Dr Sardjito Hospital based on PIECES method. The research conducted by observing and interviewing doctors, pharmacist, staffs and management in Edelweis Clinic at dr. Sardjito Hospital Yogyakarta. Analytical technique using qualitative and quantitative approach. The result showed that the performance effectiveness on E-precribing module implementation at Edelweis clinic reach the effectivity score of 80.95%. Four attributes reach the maximum score (100%) it means that the system was suitable with users, however two attributes could not reach optimal score yet and found that there were still problems on attribute performance (57,14%) and information (66,6%). The problem on performance aspect was the use of manual receipt were founded especially the receipt on BPJS patient which requested the signature of the doctor for the receipt. The problem on information aspect was the medicine stock information were not appropriate between the system and actual medicine stock. The research recommendation is that the E-prescribing module should be implemented for other clinic, in some revised notation) An improvement is needed especially the regulation and management aspect.
