Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership Style on Performance in the Field of Eradication of the National Narcotics Agency of South Sumatra ProVince using a questionnaire of 24 respondents. It can be concluded that the simple regression coefficient is obtained Tcount>Ttable (3.972 > 2.073) and sig leVel 0.002<0.005. The results of the leadership style hypothesis test show a significant leVel of 0.002.
