RANCANGAN SISTEM SUPPLY CHAIN FARMASI DENGAN RFID DAN BLOCKCHAIN

Abstract

Beberapa tahun terakhir ketersediaan perlatan medis dan obat obatan menjadi masalah besar di Indonesia terutama pada masa pandemi. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah proses supply chain yang kurang transparan dan susah untuk dilacak. Sehingga terjadi kelangkaan produk farmasi yang membuat masyarakat kesulitan karena harga barang tersebut menjadi tidak terjangkau. Dalam paper ini akan diusulkan rancangan sistem untuk supply chain farmasi dengan proses labeling menggunakan RFID dengan sistem database dan mekanisme perbaruan data menggunakan blockchain. RFID (Radio frequency Identification) merupakan teknologi yang digunakan sebagai proses pelabelan dan tracking pada suply chain. Tracking tersebut dilakukan dengan memindai RFID pada setiap produk yang melalui RFID reader pada setiap tahapan Supply chain yang selanjutnya data tersebut disimpan di database. Blockchain merupakan terknologi baru yang digunakan untuk melawan sentralisasi data. Block chain saat ini lebih populer digunakan sebagai kryptocurrency tetapi dapat juga digunakan sebagai database. Data hasil tracking oleh perangkat IoT akan disimpan dalam blokchain dengan fitur unggulannya yaitu, verified, konsensus dan desentralisasi yang membuat database sulit untuk dirusak datanya.   Dengan teknologi yang digunakan pada rancangan sistem suply chain farmasi yang diusulkan diharapkan dapat mengatasi masalah transparancy, traceability dan keamanan sistem pada supply chain farmasi.Kata Kunci : Supply chain farmasi, block chain, RFID, tracebility.  In recent years, the availability of medical equipment and medicines has become a big problem in Indonesia, especially during the pandemic. One of the reasons is the supply chain process which is less transparent and difficult to trace. So that there is a shortage of pharmaceutical products which makes it difficult for the community because the prices of these goods are not affordable. In this paper, a system design for the pharmaceutical supply chain will be proposed with a labeling process using RFID with a database system and a data updating mechanism using blockchain. RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is a technology used as a labeling and tracking process in the supply chain. The tracking is done with RFID on each product that goes through an RFID reader at each stage of the supply chain which is then stored in the database. Blockchain is a new technology that is used to fight data centralization. The blockchain is currently more popularly used as a cryptocurrency but can also be used as a database. The data traced by IoT devices will be stored in the blockchain with its superior features, namely, verified, convention and decentralization which makes the database difficult to damage the data. With the technology used in the proposed pharmaceutical supply chain system design, it is expected to be able to overcome the problems of transparency, traceability and security systems in the pharmaceutical supply chain.  Keywords: pharmaceutica cupply chain, block chain, RFID, tracebility
