Abstract

The nursing narrative captures the experience lived in a moment of care. This article aims to analyze the narrative "love, care and transcend" and its articulation with the CTE Theoretical and Empirical Conceptual System, proposed by Fawcett. Method: An inductive analysis of the narrative was carried out, based on the conceptual, theoretical and empirical elements of nursing knowledge. Results: The analysis shows the articulation of the CTE in each one of the components; a) Conceptual Component recognizes the concepts of the metaparadigm that are articulated with the vision of interactive - integrative nursing; b) Theoretical Component, the concepts of the Theory of the Quiet End of Life were identified, which seeks that nursing promote outcomes such as: absence of pain, feeling well-being, feeling dignity and respect, feeling at peace, feeling closeness to relatives; c) Empirical component, the empirical indicators applied in practice are recognized. Conclusion: The nursing narrative.
