Abstract

Adjusting teaching during a pandemic and increased awareness of the need for social justice not only requires revision of course syllabi. This scenario elevates the need for continuing education as well as wellness practices. Welcoming prospective reference librarians includes attending to their routine needs and creating a learning environment that nurtures all involved.
