Abstract

The study analyzed the influence of variables of work motivation, and work environment on performance through work discipline at PT Kiyokuni High Precision Automotive Indonesia. The research data is in the form of primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The sampling method used is saturated sampling. The study population is an employee of the production department of 100 people at the same time as a research sample. SEM analysis methods on Smart PLS 3. The results showed that motivation and a positive work environment affect discipline but not on employee performance. Work discipline positively mediates the environment and motivation towards performance.
