Abstract

Water systems are becoming increasingly complex and instrumented and require a rich set of features to deal with the complexity efficiently. We introduce a new water management software that is centered around powerful dash boarding, background analytics, management through exception and codifying standard operating procedures. This new water management software supports customizable key performance indicators (KPIs), business rules for managing water flow, real time reporting on a rich geo-spatial visual. The paper describes the implementation and results of the first phase of a roadmap to provide a state of the art water management system to Bangalore. © 2013 The Authors.
