Abstract

This work intends to analyze the implantation process of internationally recognized rules of sustainability (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 e SA 8000). An exporting slaughter house in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul was studied for the case. As a result it was noticed that the rules for implantation process of sustainability fulfilled the rule requirements demanded for certification, culturally modifying organization and collaborators actions towards the sustainable awareness.
