Abstract
Sing & Crow began in July 2001 as a Playgroup Queensland initiative with the initial 2-year funding period extended by 12 months. Funding is provided by the Australian Government Department of Family, Community Services & Indigenous Affairs. This paper provides a description of the project development, the intervention used, and a summary of achievements during this initial 3-year period.
