Abstract

Cooling circuit design is often a minor consideration when laying down a tool, yet it can have a major impact on the efficiency of that tool. Computer simulation scan show that taking circuit design for granted is definitely a misguided move. This article presents a practical case example of how cooling programs were used to realize this.
