Penguatan Pengelolaan Wakaf Tanah Melalui Lembaga Muhammadiyah Blora Dari Perspektif Kepastian Hukum

Abstract

In waqf process, problems occur which is only done verbally and is not registered at the Land Office. This causes because there is no land certificate that provides legal certainty. This study aims to analyze the urgency of legal certainty in strengthening the management of Muhammadiyah Blora's land waqf and to strengthening of Muhammadiyah Blora's land waqf management. This study uses a socio legal approach, analytical descriptive research type. The data used are secondary and primary data. Data collection techniques using literature study, documents, and interviews. Analyze data since researchers are in the field. After the data is considered valid, it will be concluded qualitatively inductively. The results waqf began with a pledge of waqf then registered at the land office. Strengthening is to produce a certificate of waqf land that can provide legal certainty so all kinds of disputes can be easily resolved. To strengthen the management of waqf Muhamadiyah Blora, is accompanying who will donate the land. The waqf assets can be managed properly in accordance the waqf pledge. The conclusion to strengthen the management of Muhammadiyah Blora's land waqf by always accompanying the waqf who will donate the land so that the waqf can run properly.
