Abstract

Extranodal natural killer cell–T-cell lymphoma is a highly aggressive Epstein–Barr virus–related cancer. A woman with recurrent disease after many courses of therapy, including allogeneic hematopoietic-cell transplantation, had a complete response to anti-CD38 antibody.
